Nutrisystem Weight Loss Week 10

So I knew I wasn’t going to see much on the scale this week even if I did stick to my Nutrisystem plan. After my rockstar weight loss last week I even thought I might stay the same if not (gasp) gain! But I was happy to see that I did lose this week. And this small loss is something I will take and hold onto!

Weight isn’t the only thing I want to talk about this week. I’m not only seeing the numbers drop but I can now happily say that I’m seeing the sizes drop as well!! This past week I packed up all of my size 14 and XL clothing and will be giving it to a friend who’s about to have a little one.

I know that if I still hold onto the larger sizes then I’ll have a crutch to fall back on. I love how great I feel in my 12s and I will NOT be going back to 14s again. I thought I’d be happy at a size 10 but that’s one more size away and I still have around 35lbs to lose. I might be adjusting that pant size to a lower number!Weight Loss Size 14s

The best thing about getting rid of this huge pile of clothes is that now I have 1/2 of my closet empty! And you know what that means… shopping!

I headed over to the Goodwill with my daughter earlier in the week and grabbed a few size 12 jeans to add to the ones I bought last year. I also picked up a few pair of shorts and only managed to spend $20.

If you’re in the midst of losing weight why pay retail when you can get the same thing at the Goodwill for free? And my most exciting discovery is that I can fit into and button size 10s.

If you overlook the fact that I have a HUGE muffintop that is. But give me a few more weeks and I might have a similar pile to give away.

Let’s see how far I’ve come in these 10 weeks:
