I found easy dinner solutions with Campbell’s® Sauces as part of a sponsored post for Socialstars. #CampbellsSauces
This pregnancy has thrown all thought of meal planning and cooking out the window. When I find myself at a loss for what to make for dinner around 4pm I frantically call the husband to see if he can save the day. But there are only so many weeks of burgers, pizza, and tacos before it all starts to taste the same.
So I’ve decided to get a bit more serious about planning. I mean… not too serious but just enough to find some good staples to keep around for those days I’m tempted to call the husband to the rescue.
Luckily I found a great cooking aid – Campbell’s Skillet Sauces!
Easy Dinner Solutions
With three simple ingredients I can have dinner on the table in less than 30 minutes. All you need are the following:
- Campbell’s Skillet Sauces in Bacon Cheddar Beef
- 1/2 cup dry noodles
- 1 pound of ground beef
When I cooked the noodles I decided we needed a little more to spread out the meal for more servings so I added about a cup of dry noodles. The best thing about this dish is that you can use any type of noodle and it’ll taste great (the package recommends elbow). You can also sub ground turkey for the beef.
Tip for Draining Meat
After browning the meat, you’ll need to drain it before adding the noodles and sauce to the pan. Since I always seem to dump the meat out of the pan when I try to drain it, I’ve started to do the following:
- Line a bowl with a paper towel
- Scoop meat out, pressing out the excess fat, and place in lined bowl
- When all of the meat is out of the pan, grab another towel, fold it, and use the spatula to move the towel around the pan and clean out the oil
Now I don’t have any messes near the sink, no missing meat, and the meat isn’t dripping with fat.
I love how quick and easy this meal came together. Not only was it no-fuss, I was able to wrap my daughter’s birthday presents while it cooked on the stove! Talk about multi-tasking.
Once I had everything in the skillet I simply gave it a stir a few times until everything was warm and then called everyone to the dinner table.
Paired with a delicious salad, this dish was a huge hit! We’ve also gotten the Chicken Marsala Campbell’s skillet sauce on the menu for next week. Can’t wait to try it.
I’ve also started stocking up on other Campbell’s Skillet Sauces including a few delicious slow cooker and oven meals. Stay tuned to find out how easy those go as well.

I need to up my recipes that are this quick, I need them these days! I need to pick some of these up!
Looks delicious! I love buying the lean ground beef but it still always has so much oil in it. Great tips!
We have commitments almost every night so I always need something quick and easy.
Easy is just what I’m looking for! Thank you!
I’ve never seen these before. I’ll have to be sure to look the next time we go grocery shopping. The man loves this kind of meal, so it’s a win win, because it’s simple enough and after cooking for 12 or more people every night for eons, I’m sick of cooking!
