The Perfect Herb Butter for Corn on the Cob

Herb Butter for Corn

I love the chance to spice up any food or side dish we’re going to serve at a party and after enjoying a deliciously barbecued ear of corn from the fair I knew we could make more of our favorite summer food.

With the 4th of July coming up I decided to throw together an herb butter to go with the corn we were bringing with us to the party.

What better than a tasty, flavorful butter to slather all over the hot, barbecued corn? So good! And so easy too. Herb butter for corn on the cob is not only tasty but very easy to whip up!Herb Butter for Corn ingredientsHerb Butter for Corn
